New to EXOFIT?

Where is the entrance to your studio?

We are situated in Ballsbridge. Opposite the Herbert Park Hotel is the Merrion Road. Our studio is located just off the Merrion Road on Beatty's Avenue beside the Al Boschetto side entrance. 02 Merrion Road, Ballsbridge, D04 F2R2, Ireland.

Do you have an EXOFIT app?

Yes we do. Our app is for our clients and not public. You must contact EXOFIT first by email at info@exofit.ie to set up a starter package for access to the app. Our app provides our clients with payment links for personal training packages, nutritional food plans, exercise programs and a booking system.

Where can I park for my personal training session?

We have complimentary parking for our personal training clients here at the EXOFIT fitness studio. Occasionally the parking availability will be limited due to peak times but there is abundance of parking situated around the Dodder Cottages.

How do I enquire about personal training?

You can contact us directly through our email at info@exofit.ie or by phone at +353 89 606 4800. Contact us today to set up your EXOFIT starter personal training package. 

How does the personal training work?

We send out weekly invites for your scheduled personal training sessions. We ask our clients to arrive 15 minutes prior to their scheduled 45 minute workout with their trainer to perform a cardio based warm up. We ask all clients to bring a towel and bottle of water.

How many trainers will be on the studio floor?

We operate at a max capacity of two trainers, personal training at any given time. Therefor, a max of two additional clients will share the studio during your scheduled personal training session potentially.

Our Services?

What COVID-19 procedures are in place?

All clients temperatures are checked at the start of their personal training sessions. All trainers will wear face masks during personal training sessions. All equipment is cleaned and sanitised before and after every clients personal training session. These precautions are in line with HSE.

How did I book a Physiotherapy session?

All of our physiotherapy services are directed to Laura on our Physiotherapy page or on through the PREP Physio webpage https://prepphysio.ie/. PREP Physio are registered on the Irish Society of Chartered Physiotherapists.

How does your corporate fitness classes work?

We have a max capacity for corporate fitness classes in our EXOFIT studio. We offer studio, office and online fitness classes for our corporate clients. For more info please contact Anthony at anthony@exofit.ie.

Do you offer dietitian advice?

We have registered exercise professionals as part of our team who can offer great advice on performance nutrition and healthy eating. Any fertility, endocrinology, gastroenterology and cardiology food related queries would be referred to a registered dietitian at https://www.indi.ie/.

What Terms & Conditions are in place?

If you need to cancel or reschedule a personal training session, we require a 48 hour notice period to do so. All personal training packages hold a 12 week expiry date once purchased. All other enquiries must be emailed to info@exofit.ie regarding our services.

Can I claim my personal training sessions?

Yes you can, all of our trainers here at EXOFIT are registered exercise professionals who can offer invoices upon request so you can claim back with your company. We've got you covered.
