At EXOfit Ballsbridge Dublin 4, we believe finding the right training environment is important. That's why we offer a complimentary workout before anyone commits to a personal training package.

Below are some of the most common questions we receive.

 

Why do you offer a complimentary workout?

The complimentary workout gives you an opportunity to experience the studio, meet the trainers, and see if EXOfit is the right fit for you. It also allows us to learn more about your training history, lifestyle, and what you're hoping to achieve through personal training, while giving you the opportunity to ask any questions you may have about the studio, the packages, or the training process.

What happens during the complimentary workout?

During your visit, we'll discuss:

Your current fitness levels
Previous training experience
Any injuries or limitations
Your personal goals
How often you'd like to train

You'll also complete a workout in the studio, giving you a feel for how sessions are structured and what training at EXOfit is like.

 

Is the complimentary workout suitable for beginners?

Absolutely. Many of our members are completely new to training when they first visit the studio. The complimentary workout is designed to be welcoming, informative, and tailored to your current fitness level.

What personal training packages do you offer?

We currently offer:

5 Personal Training Sessions – €300
10 Personal Training Sessions – €550

All sessions are conducted on a one-to-one basis within our personal training studio in Ballsbridge.

How long is each session?

Each personal training session lasts 45 minutes.

This allows us to deliver structured and focused training while fitting easily into busy schedules.

How are sessions organised?

All sessions are managed through Google Calendar.

You'll receive:

Session confirmations
Calendar reminders
Invoice records
Scheduled training appointments

Each session is individually tracked, making it easy to monitor attendance and package usage throughout your time at the studio.

How do you track progress?

At EXOfit, all training sessions are recorded through our training app. This allows both you and your trainer to keep track of completed sessions, training consistency, and overall progress made throughout your time at the studio.
