Football Friends is all about giving children a positive and soft introduction to sport — building confidence, coordination, and social skills through play and football. As a personal training studio, we know how important it is to move our bodies and enjoy doing so especially early in life, and we’re delighted to support a program that encourages kids to get moving from the very start.
