1. Where is EXOfit located?
EXOfit is a personal training studio located at 2 Merrion Road, Ballsbridge, Dublin 4. We’re conveniently located in the heart of Ballsbridge and easily accessible from the surrounding Dublin 4 area.
2. What personal training packages do you offer?
We offer both 5-session and 10-session personal training packages, giving you the flexibility to choose an option that suits your schedule and budget.
3. How much does personal training at EXOfit cost?
Our current personal training packages are €300 for 5 sessions or €550 for 10 sessions. This works out at €60 or €55 per personal training session, depending on the package you choose.
4. How long is a personal training session?
Each personal training session at EXOfit is 45 minutes. Sessions are structured to make good use of your time while covering the strength and fitness work appropriate for you.
5. Do you offer a complimentary first session?
Yes. We offer a complimentary introductory workout so you can come into the studio, meet us, experience how we train and see whether EXOfit is the right fit for you before committing to a package.
6. What happens during my first session?
Your first session gives us a chance to discuss your goals, previous training experience and what you’d like to achieve. We’ll then take you through a workout appropriate to your current fitness level and explain how we would approach your training going forward.
7. Is EXOfit suitable for beginners?
Absolutely. You don’t need any previous gym or personal training experience to get started. Exercises and sessions can be adjusted to suit your current ability, with an emphasis on learning good technique and progressing at an appropriate pace.
8. Is the personal training one-to-one?
Yes. Our personal training sessions are one-to-one and also two-to-one, giving you dedicated time with your personal trainer and a programme tailored around your individual goals and ability.
9. How often should I do personal training?
This depends on your goals, schedule and what other exercise you do during the week. For many clients, one to three personal training sessions per week can work well, alongside their own activity outside the studio.
10. Can personal training help with weight loss?
Yes. Personal training can help you increase your activity levels, build strength and maintain or increase muscle while working towards fat loss. We can also provide practical guidance around nutrition and lifestyle habits to support your goals.
11. Can you help me build strength and muscle?
Yes. Strength training is a major part of what we do at EXOfit. Your sessions can be structured around gradually improving your strength, technique and overall muscle development.
12. Do you provide nutrition advice?
Yes. We can provide simple, practical nutrition guidance alongside your training. This can include advice around calories, protein, food choices and eating habits depending on your individual goals.
13. Do you offer small group training?
Yes. Alongside one-to-one personal training, EXOfit also offers small group training, providing a more social way to train while still receiving guidance throughout your sessions.
14. How many people are in your small group sessions?
Our group sessions are kept to six people so that everyone can receive attention and guidance throughout the workout. This also allows exercises to be adjusted depending on individual fitness levels.
15. What type of workouts do you do at EXOfit?
Our training generally focuses on strength, resistance training, fitness, mobility and overall physical health. There’s no one-size-fits-all workout – sessions are adapted depending on your goals, experience and ability.
16. Do I need to be fit before starting personal training?
No. You can start from whatever level you’re currently at. One of the main benefits of personal training is that the exercises, weights and intensity can be adjusted specifically for you.
17. What days and times can I book personal training?
Personal training sessions are available across the week, with morning, daytime and evening availability depending on the trainer and current schedule. Get in touch with us and we can discuss times that work best for you.
18. Do I need a gym membership to train at EXOfit?
No. EXOfit is a dedicated personal training studio, so you don’t need a separate commercial gym membership to train with us.
19. How do I book my first session?
