1. The EXOFIT bang for your buck compound exercises that we love to add to our personal training sessions as personal trainers here at the EXOFIT personal training studio, Ballsbridge, Dublin 4

1. Open Hex Deadlift.
Fantastic exercise when performed correctly! A must have to a program.
2. Dumbbell Bench Press.
Uni lateral exercise that tests our chest in a challenging way. Fantastic exercise.
3. Barbell Reverse Lunge.
Probably the ALPHA of all leg exercises in our opinion. Just an incredible exercise to target the legs and test the heart rate during a personal training session.
4. Dumbbell Prone Row.
Easy set up exercise and building block to move up the progress sheet towards a bodyweight chin up/assisted.
5. Goblet Squuuuuats.
Let's hit the quads, enough depth will target glutes also - but all ranges but a fantastic emphasis on our core/abs. Gobbies it is!
6. Single Arm Dumbbell Shoulder Press.
We love keeping our shoulders healthy at EXOFIT during our personal training sessions with our clients. Plenty of abduction and external rotation moves as active recoveries in-between sets but these don't thick the box for compounds and don't give us that heave hormone response as a single arm dumbbell press will. Using dumbbells and uni lateral elements and approaches to limit ones t-spine restrictions or pec and lat restrictions. Must have again!
